4. Payments, Programs & Digital Products

A. Programs and Sessions

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

B. Digital Products

Digital downloads (ebooks, documents, recordings) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

C. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all payments. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

D. Pricing Changes

We may modify pricing at any time for future purchases.

5. Booking & Cancellations

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • arrive on time

  • reschedule with adequate notice

  • understand that the practitioner may decline or discontinue a session if misalignment, boundary violation, or safety concern arises

If a session is ended by the practitioner due to misalignment, unused fees may be refunded at discretion.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality to the extent allowed by law.

You agree not to:

  • record sessions

  • share proprietary material

  • post content from sessions publicly

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers used for:

  • scheduling

  • email management

  • payment processing

  • applications

  • digital delivery

  • website hosting

Each provider has its own privacy and security policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services, materials, insights, and recommendations are provided as is.

We make no guarantees regarding:
